Dolayısıyla olayı bir milli güvenlik meselesi anlayışı ile
ele alarak, devletimiz ve özel sektörümüz başta olmak
üzere bütüncül bir bakışla strateji geliştirmeliyiz.

Özel sanayi bölgeleri oluşturulabilir

Her şeyden önce riskli bölgeler öncelikli olmak üzere
tüm sanayi tesislerimizin depreme dayanıklı olup
olmadığını gözden geçirmemiz, risk taşıyanların
bir an önce boşaltılıp tahliye edilmesi gerekiyor.
İstanbul’daki özellikle yoğun üretim yapan
işletmelerin kent dışına çıkmalarını teşvik için özel
sanayi bölgeleri oluşturulabilir.

Son söz olarak şunu söyleyebilirim: Biz Cumhuriyetin
ikinci 100 yılına ülkemizi ihracatta ilk 10 ülke
arasına çıkarma hedefi ile başladık. Tüm oyun
planlarımızı, stratejilerimizi bu hedef doğrultusunda
kurguluyoruz. Bu yolculukta deprem gibi doğal
afetlerin ihracatımıza olumsuz etkisinin minimuma
indirmemiz gerekiyor. İhracat ailesi olarak hem
insanlarımızın can güvenliği hem de üretimimizin
ve ihracatımızın devamlılığı açısından alınacak her
önlemde, atılacak her adımda devletimizin yanında
olacağız.

Therefore, we should approach the incident with the
understanding of a national security issue and develop a
strategy with a holistic perspective, especially our state
and private sector.

Special industrial zones can be formed

First of all, we need to review whether all our
industrial facilities, especially risky areas, are
earthquake resistant, and those at risk should
be evacuated and evacuated as soon as possible.
Special industrial zones can be created to encourage
especially intensive production enterprises in
Istanbul to go out of the city.

As a final word, I can say this: We started the
second 100 years of the Republic with the goal of
making our country one of the top 10 countries in
exports. We build all our game plans and strategies
in line with this goal. In this journey, we need to
minimize the negative impact of natural disasters
such as earthquakes on our exports. As an export
family, we will stand by our state in every measure
to be taken and in every step to be taken in terms of
both the life safety of our people and the continuity
of our production and exports.
